Does Loge include channels or films?
No. Loge is a player and nothing else. It contains no channels, no films and no
series, and it will never suggest a place to find them. You connect the IPTV
subscription you already pay for, and Loge plays it.
What do I need to get started?
Whatever your IPTV provider gave you. That is usually either a playlist link
ending in .m3u or .m3u8, or an address with a username
and a password. Loge takes both. If you are not sure which you have, paste the
whole thing your provider sent you into the first box and Loge will work it out.
Which devices does Loge run on?
Android TV and Google TV boxes, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung televisions from 2018
onwards, LG televisions from 2018 onwards, Android phones and tablets, iPhone
and iPad, and Mac. Specific models are listed under
Where to get it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days of the complete app. No card, no account, nothing switched off. If
you do nothing when it ends, Loge stops playing until you buy a licence. Your
setup stays where it is, so buying later takes one step.
How many devices does one licence cover?
Up to five devices in one household, within the group you bought. A television
licence covers your televisions; a phone, tablet and computer licence covers
those. You can move a licence to a new device whenever you like. Replacing a TV
costs you nothing.
How do I pay on a television without typing?
The television shows a short six-character code. You enter that code on your
phone or computer, pay there, and the television unlocks by itself within a few
seconds. You never type an email address or a card number with a remote.
Restoring a licence on a new TV works exactly the same way.
Will Loge work with my IPTV provider?
If your provider gives you an M3U playlist link or Xtream Codes details, yes.
That covers the large majority of providers. The 14-day trial exists precisely so
you can check it against your own subscription before paying anything.
Does Loge show adverts?
No. None, during the trial or after it. The licence fee is how the app is paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back, no questions.
Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store follow those stores' own
refund processes. Details are in the
Terms of Use.
What does Loge do with my provider details?
It uses them to fetch your catalogue and play your streams, and sends them to our
server so the catalogue can be organised. We never sell them, never share them,
and delete them on request. The
Privacy Policy sets out
exactly what is stored, for how long, and how to have it removed.
Is using an IPTV player legal?
Loge is a media player, the same way VLC is a media player. Whether a particular
subscription is licensed to carry what it carries is between you and the provider
you chose, and it is worth checking. Loge supplies no content and takes no part
in that relationship.
