Loge

Terms of Use

Last updated 13 August 2026 · Applies to the Loge apps and to logetv.com

The short version. Loge is a player. It contains no channels, films or series, and it will never point you to any. What you connect to it, and whether you are entitled to watch it, is your responsibility. You get 14 days free, then a licence covers up to five devices in your household. A lifetime licence means one payment and no expiry date. Ask within 14 days of buying and you get your money back.

1. This agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Loge ("we", "us") covering the Loge applications for Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android, iPhone, iPad and Mac, and the website at logetv.com.

By installing or using Loge you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install the app. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live: generally 18, or 16 with your parent's or guardian's agreement.

2. What Loge is, and is not

Loge is a media player. It reads a playlist or portal that you supply, organises what it finds into channels, films and series, and plays the streams your source points at. In that respect it is no different from any other media player on your device.

Loge is not, and never will be:

  • A source of television channels, films or series
  • A subscription to any content
  • A directory, search engine or index of places to find content
  • A party to your relationship with your IPTV provider

We supply no content, bundle no content, host no content, and recommend no provider. The app ships with no playlist and no channel list of any kind. If anyone tells you Loge comes with channels, they are not describing this product.

3. Your sources are your responsibility

You choose which provider to use and which playlist or portal to connect. That choice, and everything that follows from it, is yours.

By using Loge you confirm that:

  • You have the right to access whatever you connect to it
  • You will use Loge only with sources you are lawfully entitled to use
  • You will comply with the copyright and broadcasting laws where you live
  • You will comply with your provider's own terms

We do not monitor, verify, endorse or take responsibility for the content of any source, and we cannot tell you whether a particular provider is licensed to carry what it carries. If you are unsure, that is a question for the provider, and a good one to ask before paying them.

We may stop supplying the app to anyone using it in clear breach of this section.

4. Your licence

When you buy Loge we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. You do not buy the software itself; you buy the right to use it.

Each licence covers one household, up to five devices, in the group you bought:

LicenceCoversYearlyLifetime
Phone, tablet & computer Android phones and tablets, iPhone, iPad, Mac $4.99$9.99
Television Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV, Samsung Tizen, LG webOS $7.99$12.99

Add a sixth device and the one you have used least recently is released automatically. Replacing a television or a phone costs you nothing and needs no request to us. A licence is for your own household, not for resale, sharing beyond it, or use in a business, hotel, bar or other commercial premises.

Every feature of Loge is included at every price. We do not hold features back for a higher tier, and we do not intend to start.

5. The free trial

Every installation begins with 14 days of the complete app. No payment details, no account, and nothing switched off.

When the 14 days end, playback stops until you buy a licence. Everything else stays as it was. Your setup, favourites and viewing positions are still there, so buying later takes one step. The trial runs once per device.

6. Prices, tax and renewals

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where local law requires it. The total is always shown before you pay.

Yearly licences renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep the app until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancel through the store you bought from, or by emailing us for direct purchases. If we change the price of a renewal, we will tell you before it is charged and you can cancel first.

Lifetime licences are a single payment. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

7. What "lifetime" means

We would rather be exact about this than let you assume something we cannot promise. A lifetime licence means:

  • One payment, no expiry date, no renewal. You will not be asked for money again for the version you bought or for its updates.
  • All future updates to the app are included for as long as we publish it: bug fixes, new features, and support for new devices in your group.
  • It is the lifetime of the product, not of a person. No software is guaranteed to exist forever, and a company that promised otherwise would be misleading you.

If we ever stop developing Loge, the app you already installed keeps working for as long as your device and your provider allow. If we have to shut down the small server that verifies licences, we will publish an update first that removes the need for it, so a lifetime licence does not quietly stop working. We will give at least 90 days' notice by email to direct buyers before any such change.

8. Refunds

Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full. No explanation needed, and it applies to yearly and lifetime licences alike. Email support@logetv.com.

This sits on top of any statutory right you have. Nothing here reduces the rights consumers have under the law where they live, including the EU and UK right to withdraw from a distance contract.

After 14 days, yearly licences are not refunded for the remainder of the term, but you can cancel so it does not renew.

9. Buying through Google Play or the App Store

If you buy through a store, the purchase is between you and that store, and their refund policy and terms apply to the payment rather than ours. Contact the store for anything relating to the transaction. These terms still govern your use of the app itself.

For purchases through Apple: Apple is not a party to this agreement, has no obligation to provide support for the app, and the licence is granted by us, not by Apple. Where Apple's own licensed-application terms conflict with these terms for an App Store purchase, Apple's terms prevail to the extent of the conflict.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Loge with any source you are not entitled to access
  • Bypass, patch or otherwise defeat the licence check, or use a licence you did not pay for
  • Share, resell, sublicense or rent your licence outside your household
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law expressly gives you that right and we cannot exclude it
  • Redistribute a modified build, or distribute the app as if it were yours
  • Use Loge commercially, in premises open to the public or as part of a service you sell, without our written agreement
  • Attack, overload or probe our servers

11. Availability and updates

We aim to keep Loge working and to keep the licence server available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Playback depends on your internet connection, your device, and your provider's servers, most of which are outside our control, and a stream that fails is very often the provider's.

We may update the app to fix faults, improve it, or keep it compatible with new systems and stores. We may change or remove a feature; if we remove something significant we will say so in the release notes.

12. No warranty

Loge is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every provider or every device. The 14-day trial exists so you can test it with your own subscription before paying anything, and we recommend you do exactly that.

Nothing here excludes any warranty or guarantee that cannot be excluded under the consumer law that applies to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from your provider's service, your source's content, or your internet connection.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Ending this agreement

You can end it at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end a licence if you materially breach these terms, in particular section 3 or section 10, and we will normally warn you first unless the breach makes that inappropriate. If we end a licence for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused part.

15. Our intellectual property

Loge, the Loge name and the Loge mark are ours. This agreement gives you a right to use the app, and no other right in it. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything.

Google, Android TV, Google TV, Amazon, Fire TV, Apple, macOS, Samsung, Tizen, LG and webOS are trademarks of their respective owners. Loge is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always tells you the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify direct buyers by email and show a notice in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using Loge; if the change disadvantages you and you bought within the previous 12 months, ask us for a pro-rata refund.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
